Yes, the real estate market, both residential and commercial, has taken a beating the past few years.
But saying the market crashing is the reason for your business slowing down is not helping you.
Stay with me for a minute, and let me explain…
Our Company, like many others, took an initial hit when the market crashed. However, for us it was temporary. And the reason we have been able to grow to the point of now closing more Commercial Real Estate and Business Loans than anyone else in the Country is because we have had a strong marketing plan in place.
And it’s not that we developed this marketing plan after the market crashed, we had it in place before the market nose dive. And this is why the hit we took was temporary.
The reality is, most business owners (and that includes Real Estate Professionals just like you) did not have a strong marketing plan in place, and as a result, they are suffering today. Because now they are trying to climb back up from basically the bottom.
Not an easy task. And for many, and this may include you, it’s easier and less painful to just blame it on the economy. The problem with that is, it doesn’t help you. It only makes matters worse.
In addition to having a strong marketing plan already in place, we were able to build strong relationships with other lenders and investors, which has allowed us to offer the most wide variety of Commercial Real Estate Financing and Business Financing products available anywhere.
And when you combine a strong marketing plan with strong relationships, you have a recipe for success. And while most of our peers are hurting, some having left the business altogether, we have continued to grow. My point in telling you this is not to brag. It’s simply to point out that economy excuse is just that, an excuse.
Having a strong marketing plan and equally strong relationships has allowed us to grow in a crappy economy. And if we can grow, so can you. And that’s the point.
So why am I telling you all of this? What does all of this have to do with you?
Everything!
First, the obvious is we can help you by helping your Clients get their financing (more on that below). But I want to go a step further. A very big step in fact.
You see, I believe strongly in helping my strategic partners grow. The best way I can do that is by sharing my marketing knowledge and background with my strategic partners.
Look, I am a family man, a husband and a father of two children. I feel strongly that I must do everything humanly possible to help my family grow and be successful. I believe that when my children see me helping others, forming strategic partnerships, building relationships with others in my field, I will inspire them to do the same in their lives.
This is what gets me out of bed each and every morning. It’s not something I say lightly. I mean it, and I live it.
You may be familiar with the name Zig Zigler. Most people in sales of any kind know who Zig is. I once heard him say, “You can get anything you want in life if you help enough other people get what they want”
Not only is that a powerful message, it’s absolutely true. And it’s my motivating factor in reaching out to you today.
Some call it a Mastermind, others call it a strategic partnership. Call it what you like, but I am looking for a select group of like-minded professionals in the Commercial Real Estate field, who are interested in sharing ideas, helping one another succeed.
And I am going to lead the charge, starting with sharing my marketing knowledge. And just so you know, that goes for online & offline direct response marketing, copywriting, search engine optimization, creating powerful web video, etc. I am well versed in all of it. In fact, more than likely it is my marketing that caused you to find my website in the first place.
My partner and good friend Tony Jones is the person responsible for making sure we get our clients, and hopefully soon your client’s loans closed. I am responsible for our Clients finding us, and I will likewise help your Clients find and do business with you. I will do that in a number of ways, such as sending you emails with marketing advice and strategies.
Sending you an email with a link to a video I have created just for you and ONLY you, which will contain important marketing strategies and advice. And, by doing private Mastermind webinars and teleseminars in which we will tackle your specific marketing challenges.
Now that you know what I will do, let me share what I won’t do.

The only way this works as well as it possibly can is if you are actively involved. I am not interested in standing on a soapbox and telling you anything. I want to give you real life applications for these marketing strategies, so you can implement the things we discuss.
And I do not expect you to agree with everything I have to say. But I expect you to speak up when you do not agree, so we can hash things out. Perhaps you have a valid reason why a strategy will not work for you, or perhaps by discussing it in more detail I can explain why it will.
My intention is not to bombard you with useless emails.
