Are you a Developer with a half completed project and no money to finish?

If so, you’re not alone.

By now you have to be tired of hearing “No” from every Bank you call. You should understand, it’s not their fault. You see, they don’t have any more money to lend.

It’s true.

Many of these local Banks have not only run out of money to lend, but they are now looking to sell their entire portfolio of commercial mortgages.

Scary stuff!

My advice is to stop calling these Banks. Their vaults are EMPTY! You’re better off going where the money is!

And since you’re HERE, I should probably tell you that you have arrived at the place where the money is!

YES, WE HAVE ACCESS TO ACQUISITION & DEVELOPMENT FINANCING FUNDS.

WE HAVE ACCESS TO THE MONEY!

But, there are some guidelines we need to follow.

First, on Residential A&D Financing there is a minimum loan amount of $10 Million.

Not $2 Million, or $4 Million or even $9 Million. The Investors we’re working with are looking for deals with a minimum of $10 Million.

Also, LARGER projects are GREAT. So, if you’re sitting on an unfinished A&D Project and you need $100 Million, you’re still at the right place.

As I am sure you can imagine, I am being inundated with a lot of calls for Acquisition and Development Financing. And I want to do my best to get back to everyone quickly.

But I need your help.

I have a short 2 page Form I need you to complete. I have it as a Microsoft Word Document so you can type in your answers.

PLEASE type in your answers. This will probably be passed around several times by fax, and it will be difficult to read if you fill it out by hand.

So, to make this a smooth process I need you to complete this
Acquisition and Development Form in its entirety.

Once you have typed in all of your responses you can either fax it to me toll free at 866-261-7843, or you can email it to me atInfo@CommercialMortgageTips.com

Normally I would never discourage you from calling me, but I REALLY need you to complete all of the questions in the Acquisition & Development Form

Here’s what will happen next.

Once you’ve completed the Form and either faxed it to me or emailed it to me, I will review it with my Underwriter.

We will then call YOU to discuss your Project in more detail, or we will let you know we cannot help you.

Either way, we will be calling you. We know how important this is to you. We know it’s no fun sitting on a partially completed Project and needing more funds to finish.

We take what we do very seriously. And we want to help you. So please complete the Acquisition & Development Form and fax or email it to me as soon as you possibly can.

We know you have more than likely been turned down by the Banks already. These funds that we have access to are not from any Banks, so don’t let those turn downs get you down.

There’s still hope, and it’s right here! So lets get back to work and get your Project completed!
