Are You Stuck In SBA Loan Prison?

So, are you stuck in an SBA Loan that has a balloon? Are you stuck in any type of Commercial Loan that you need to refinance out of?

Maybe you’ve gone to your local Bank. Or, maybe you’ve gone to every Bank in your City, only to be told “no” over and over again.

Don’t take it personally. You could have a perfect 850 FICO score and get turned down by your Bank. The message here is, most Banks are taking a pause from the Commercial Market right now.

How long will this pause last? It’s hard to say. But, that should not have any impact on you. In fact, do not allow it to impact you.

While the media continues to hammer us with news that the credit markets are in lock down (hey, that was a good pun for my video), I can assure you that there is plenty of Commercial Money available for good loans.

But, you will need to think outside of the box, as they say. Because, now is the best time to look at obtaining your Commercial Financing (and Refinancing) from Commercial Mortgage Professionals just like me.

If you can remember back to the 1980′s when we had the Savings & Loan Crisis, you may recall that just about everyone would go to their local Bank for their Residential Mortgage.

But, when the Savings & Loan Crisis hit, the Banks stopped making Residential Loans.

Sound familiar?

And what came out of the Savings & Loan Crisis was the birth of the Residential Mortgage Broker. And from that point forward, Mortgage Brokers made the majority of Residential loans.

You are witnessing the same trend in the Commercial Mortgage Market. At this time last year we were a strong company. But we were somewhere in the middle of the pack.

Today, we are the largest Commercial Mortgage Broker in the United States. In fact, we are larger than some of the Bank’s when it comes to loan volume.

How did this happen? Simple. We have built solid relationships with the Lenders that are still funding loans. And these relationships have grown stronger over the last year because we are able to bring solid loans to these Lenders.

You do not need to be a prisoner to any Commercial Loan. I know what happens when you obtain your original financing. You’re happy to get it, so you don’t really care where the money comes from.

I know this because I started in Commercial Real Estate as an Entrepreneur who obtained financing. I have been in your shoes.
