It’s not unusual for the Pastor to relocate to another Church, so what happens if the Pastor were to sign on the loan and end up being transferred?

Additionally, you will find that most Banks will not touch a Church loan. Why? Because it’s not good PR for the local Bank to foreclose on a Church. And for those banks that might finance a Church, they will in most cases want the Pastor to sign on the loan. As I already mentioned, that creates another problem for the Church.

That does not mean Church Financing is difficult to obtain. It simply means you have to know what you’re doing to effectively work with the Church in order to help them meet their needs.
